Debbie Webber

“A Sense of Who I Am”

Debbie is a mother, wife, paediatric occupational therapist – and my oldest friend. We have known each other since 11 years of age, it’s such a blessing to have someone to share the rollercoaster of life, especially someone so beautifully emotionally intelligent!

Debbie speaks warmly and wisely about having a strong focus on her career and how this is some ways has given her a sense of who she is – and how continuing to learn has been hugely influential in her personality and her self-esteem – while not being too proud to ask for help.

We talk about learning from life’s challenges, being in control of our thoughts and not worrying about what other people think.

We touch upon the merits of doing a Masters later in life, the metaphysical process, on being an autonomous being, saying “yes”! and thoughts about retirement from a long and rewarding career.
