Yes! A recording will be available after each day – I’ll send you the link in an email, and it will also be in the Facebook group. (But the live experience is always best for engagement and interaction!)
Is this webinar really free?
Yes! It’s completely free. Just bring yourself, a notebook, and an open mind.
Do I need any previous experience with resilience or mental toughness?
No experience is necessary. The session is designed for women at all stages, whether you’re feeling fed up of just coping, or already exploring resilience.
How long will the webinars last?

What do I need to participate?
A device with internet access and Zoom installed (computer, tablet, or phone). You’ll also want a quiet space and a pen/notebook to make notes and jot down any questions for the Day 4 Q&A session.

“I know only too well the impact low self-worth can have on a woman’s life – because I’ve lived it.
When our sense of worth is compromised, it affects everything – the choices we make, the relationships we stay in, and the way we quietly learn to make ourselves smaller. And it doesn’t just impact us – it ripples out into our families, our work, and those we love most.
My own struggles with self-worth began early. Experiences at home and school left me with a deep, subconscious belief that I was not enough, even unworthy. I was brought up to be obedient – to follow, to comply, to keep the peace. “Choice” wasn’t something I believed I had.
Over the years, that lack of self-worth led me through a series of profound life challenges, including abusive relationships, near-death experiences, and bankruptcy. My resilience was tested time and time again.
But in my mid-50s, something shifted. For my own sake – and for my children – I knew things had to change. And so, I made a choice. I left my abusive husband, and I chose to do the work to create a stronger, more confident me.
Slowly, intentionally, and deeply, I began to rebuild my inner world. I learned to see myself differently, to think differently, and to respond to life in a new way. And that changed everything.
Drawing on my lived experience of trauma, just ‘coping’, recovery, and growth – alongside the wisdom I’ve gained from world-class mentors – I now support women of 50+ to do the same.
Because no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve been through, it’s never too late to rebuild your self-worth, step into your strength, and create a life where you no longer just survive – but actually live.”
