About the course

This 5-week Mastering Mental Toughness course comprises five Zoom sessions and follows a dedicated 50-page workbook. Each 60-90 minute Zoom session is one week apart to allow you time to process, reflect, and use your workbook to continue working on the subjects we’ve covered.

The benefits you experience are all encompassing and just what you need to achieve the new, best version of you that you desire. If you want to reach your true potential, make a commitment to yourself to get out of your comfort zone and embark on developing your confidence, your commitment, your control – and learn to see challenge as opportunity.

First, we work on all aspects of ‘self’, including self-belief, self-compassion, and improvement of self-image through inner work such as self-perception and self-acceptance. When you learn how to love and respect yourself, others will too. Even this can be life-changing!

We then focus on how to develop your mental toughness. Mind health and emotional wellbeing are improved by understanding how the brain works, how to shift paradigms, the importance of boundaries, how to develop and sustain a healthy, positive mindset, and much, much more.

You will feel so much better when you transform into a strong, positive person who is neither fazed nor frightened by risk, who embraces change without anxiety, who can engage with others effectively and assertively, and who can act rationally when under pressure. In other words, you will be fully in control of your responses even through challenge or in crisis. You will also attract more positive people and circumstances into your life.

During the process, there may be tears or angst, but you are held in a safe, confidential space – and importantly, there is also laughter! The course is designed to allow you to commit and engage without overwhelm. You have my promise that I am with you all the way.

A dedicated workbook for use during the course and thereafter contains additional information and inspiration for continued learning and growth.

Attendees: A maximum of ten attendees per course ensures you have time and space to engage and ask questions. We all commit to confidentiality and if something comes up during the sessions and you need to talk with me one-to-one, we can arrange this.

Q: What happens if I can’t make one of the Zoom sessions?
A: If for some reason you can’t attend, sessions are recorded and the replay is sent out the day after each session.

Q: What if I’m too nervous or not ready to take part in the interactions and empowerment practices in the session?
A: These are designed to be relatable, accessible, and doable without overwhelm, but they are not obligatory – the last thing I want to do is make you feel uncomfortable, or a ‘failure’.  (You are not.) If an action or practice is too much too soon, I suggest that you skip it, without feeling guilty or that you have ‘failed’, and come back to it later in the privacy of your own home, when you feel able.
